Swag Guide
This page provides a reference to most of our common swag items for distribution at an event, and how to order them yourselves if you like. Information on ordering is at the bottom of the page.
Update for 2018-2019: The border color on our patches is now COYOTE. The pictures here are from the 2017 orders which had a bagby green border. You may see a few of the green edge patches coming through until supply is expended but from here on out things should be coyote.

Event Director’s discretion. These were an error from the manufacturer and will not be replaced as stock is used up.
Ordering Swag Items
Typically we do occasional bulk orders of swag and ship out boxes to active event directors at regional hubs for further distribution. This is because the price per unit is most viable with mid-size and large orders. If you would like to order your own supplies, you can do so. Remember to keep expenses within the event director supply budget for reimbursement, or work with the treasurer to have us pay the invoice on a corporate card.
Simply contact the supplier, state you are a volunteer with Revere’s Riders, and ask to re-order a previous design.
Pins
Supplier is Custom Pin in CO. Our standard order is 100 units, with 1/3 being the gold “master” and 2/3 being the silver “expert.” You can change the proportions if desired, but the minimum order is 100 units. Typical charge is $2.20 per unit + S&H.
Chamber Flags
Supplier is MFG Servs. Our typical order is 250 units, with a mix of large bore and rimfire (most of them being rim fire), and a mix of orange and yellow. The cost per unit at 250 units is $0.60 each + S&H. You can also order very cheap 22 LR dummy ammo from MFG.
Patches
Our patch supplier is Tactical Gear Junkie in KY. Our typical order varies depending on need. In general, getting unit quantities to 100+, 250+, or 500+ will reduce the cost per unit substantially. Typically we order half the patches as velcro and half as sew-on; velcro costs a premium and not everyone wants velcro. As a planning factor, the 2×3″ patches (“Hits Count!”, Morgan’s Rifles, etc) cost $2.50 (velcro) or $1.75 (sew-on) each with 100+ units. The 0.5×3″ strips (“BASIC RIFLE”) cost $1.50-$2.50 each with <100; they are less expensive with >100 units. Small unit quantities (10+) of things like the 2×3 HITS COUNT run about $0.50 more each. You can also order some of their stock design inventory at the same time such as US Flag patches and it is typically fairly inexpensive.
